Day 4 - Sights along the Wateree River between the dam & Camden: Met a fellow paddler, Kurt Cookie at the Hwy. 76 landing: Pushing for Treszevants Landing, passing a huge factory: Just after the factory, this scary log jammed trestle: Steep bluffs along the lower Wateree: An old man and his dog tied up in the flooded Wateree: The juncture of the Wateree and the Congaree Rivers: Exhausted after 57 miles and 10 1/2 hours: And early start on Day 5: An abandon, flooded out camp-site on the river bank: Tree with a large bird along the Congaree: Only 1 of the 7 or 8 spans of this trestle were clear of logjams: An eagles nest in Lake Marion: Hot, exhausted and sunburned I arrive at Santee Cooper SP:
